William "Bill" Farmer

Bill Farmer started his first masonry company with nothing but a wheelbarrow and determination. He has since become a major player in the Western New York market and has completed projects that involve churches, municipal buildings, colleges, museums, residential facilities and more.
Catenary is more than just a business to him. It is a lifelong passion and something he is deeply proud of.
Anthony "Tony" Posella
Anthony Posella is President of Catenary Construction. Anthony has been around the concrete and masonry business most of his life, working as a laborer for his dad’s residential masonry company right up through college. He graduated from St Fisher College in January 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. In late 1993, Anthony began working for Bill Farmer and Lancet Arch where he learned the complexities of commercial construction.
Tony provides direction and leadership for all aspects of the financial and administrative sectors of the company. He also handles legal affairs and has proven himself able to resolve delicate customer resolution matters. In addition to his regular duties, Tony is also the liaison between the company and all the financial or legal institutions and services with which Catenary is involved.
William "Billy" Farmer III
Billy Farmer III is Vice President of Catenary Construction. Billy has been involved in the masonry trade since he was old enough to follow along behind his father. For Billy, quality, productivity and safety are all #1. He oversees day-to-day operations of the company, both in the office and in the field, ensuring that our high quality standards are always maintained. He also manages new construction projects for the company, from bidding to close out. Billy’s extensive knowledge of the industry is helping shape Catenary Construction for the future, ensuring that every goal, plan and objective is focused on giving our clients the very best.
Nick Alloco has been in the concrete and masonry industry since 2002. He began in the field in Florida, as a mason tender, and worked his way up to both project management and estimating. He brought this experience to Catenary in 2015 and has since been a vital part of projects ranging from small jobs to multi-million dollar developments. . It is his attention to detail and his thorough knowledge of construction and masonry that make him such a valuable part of Catenary Construction.
