Concrete Foundations
Providing stability and support for the entire structure, concrete foundations serve as the critical base upon which large structures, such as office buildings, warehouses, or industrial facilities, rest. The construction of concrete foundations involves meticulous planning, site preparation, and the use of high-quality materials to ensure it can withstand the load and forces imposed upon it over time. Typical components include spread footings, grade beams, and column footings. Compliance with local building codes and consideration of environmental factors are crucial to ensuring the foundation's structural integrity, guaranteeing the safety and longevity of the entire structure.
The construction of foundations requires critical equipment. Catenary Construction Corp. performs its own layout across the building structure with robotic survey equipment, ensuring the accuracy of the foundation and enabling other trades to work in succession. Coupled with owning several all-terrain forklifts, we can build efficiently.
Foundation work can range from a simple structure to a very complex one with multiple facets, such as footings and grade beams. In complex circumstances, access is not always feasible to the entire structure. Our 38-meter concrete pump allows us to access concrete placement all across the site.
