Redevelopment of 180,000 square feet over eight buildings. The Aqueduct building originally occupied by lawyers cooperative publishing. Helping to reimagine and transform the waterfront along the Genesee River including a new two-level 75 spot parking structure, new entrance plaza, riverside park improvements, parkside grab and go and integration into Rochester’s Roc the Riverway improvements. Building core and shell improvements included a new main entrance, new lower level parking area, new rooftop terrace/amenity addition, campus wide window replacements, and interior/ exterior masonry restoration. Campus infrastructure upgrades included multiple elevator modernizations. Services provided flowable fill, concrete foundations, structural one-sided concrete walls, underpinning, slab on grade, Post-tension slab, slab on deck, repointing and brick replacement, masonry infills, new structural masonry openings, cmu and brick work throughout the complex.
