The development, located on a former parking lot within the Eastman Business Park, includes townhomes, 13 single-family homes, a 4-story multi-family building and commercial space. The affordable housing complex offers 75 one-bedroom, 70 two-bedroom, and 33 three-bedroom units. The foundation of these units and townhomes was helped made possible by Catenary Construction.
