The Rochester Firefighters project included a new 10,500 SF one-story building in downtown Rochester that resembles a fire station from the outside and provides ample meeting and office space.
The new building included a large gathering/multi-function space served by a commercial kitchen and lounge as well as offices and private meeting space for the Two Percent Committee, which represents the firefighters for the City of Rochester. The architectural masonry veneer closely resembles the "fire engine red" culture.
