The project included the construction of a new 45,000 SF one-story warehouse building with a second-floor concrete mezzanine and an open concept on the interior with half of the building housing storage racks and the other half light assembly operations along with loading dock areas. Additional scope included renovations of the existing 3-story building totaling 54,551 SF. This 3-story building now houses the new corporate offices, client experience center, and manufacturing space. Additionally, concrete pavement was used in lieu of asphalt in most areas.
